Our mission at Premier Performance is to deliver cutting edge speed, agility and strength training to enhance the athlete’s performance.

Our programs are designed to improve performance by building strength and power, while also identifying and addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury.  

Sessions are designed to mimic the movement on the field which in turn aides in improving, the athletes ability to perform at the highest level. Each session is delivered in a safe, age appropriate environment. We believe that ‘the best you can be’ is determined by the knowledge you receive and at Premier Performance we provide just that!

STEVE BRYAN – Founder, Program Director

Former division two collegiate soccer player, with over 16 years’ experience in training athletes. Over time he started to realize that many athletes lacked strength, balance, coordination and agility that is required in sports. He began researching through various resources and organizations and became heavily involved in developing and conducting speed and agility clinics for several local organizations.

In 2010 he joined D1 Sports where he was responsible for designing and delivering training programs for several local organizations. During his tenure at D1, he also had the opportunity to design and deliver a one hour session with Heather Mitts, Olympian and member a of the USA women’s soccer team.

• National C license ( US Soccer Federation)
• NSCAA – National Diploma

• Coaching his u17 soccer team and winning the Ohio Cup National championship in 2012.
• Trained and mentored over thirty athletes, that are currently playing at various division one and two college programs.


Juniors Program

Our juniors program is designed to aid in the continued development of the athlete.  This is a crucial time where they experience major growth spurts but lacks the balance, strength coordination and speed to meet the demands of the game.

Our systems allows us to test our athletes where we then identify their deficiencies.  We then implement our system which is designed to mimic the movement on the field.  Athletes are then tested at the end of the 8-week cycle, where we are able to highlight the areas in which they have improved.  This then allows them to build confidence, compete at a higher level and most importantly, decrease the risk of injuries.

Premier Program

  • 13 to 18 years old
  • Duration: 7 weeks
  • Cost : $150 per athlete
  • Sessions limited to 10 athletes per session
  • Winter 2: Week of 1/15 –Week of 2/26

Our premier training program is geared towards athletes that are accomplished and playing at a high level. This unique opportunity offers our athletes a more intense approach while continuing to focus on identifying their areas of weakness. In addition to training, they now have access to our training app, which allows the trainer and players to communicate and track their progress year round.

Team Training

Train as a team and win as a team!

Description:   The team training   program is specifically designed to enhance each player’s performance and team cohesion.  Each training session focuses on exercises to improve individual player’s strength, speed, and endurance while also combining team building exercises. This unique opportunity allows us to offer an in and off- season programs.


5-a-side FIT

5-a-side FIT is a program gear toward adult athletes looking for a better way to train.  Each week we combine cardio and strength exercises, while incorporating ball skill training.  The classes are great for the season pro and perfect for any beginner or player looking to get their touch back.

  • Spring Session begins 4/30 and ends Wednesday 6/20
  • Class Schedule:  8 week session.  Classes every Monday and Wednesday from 6 – 7pm
  • Cost:  $180 per athlete.  Includes open gym access and free pick up during duration of session

  • Drop In:  $15 per session

Open Gym

Workout on your own to increase your fitness.  Gym equipment is open to all attending. Open gym is free for 5-a-side FIT participants and $10 for non-participants.
